Problems/Comments
In July, 2017 a Step III site assessment was conducted at the Cordova Air Field (Garrison and Staging Area), a portion of the Cordova Air Field Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS ID: F10AK0084). Potential sources of contamination on site include 55-gallon drums and debris. Mercury was confirmed in surface water, soil, and sediment above DEC cleanup levels.
