Problems/Comments
Diesel and motor oil contamination found throughout various areas of the camp: shop, parking areas, LTF, equipment storage areas. Poor housekeeping. Other operators have been present at Winter Harbor in the past and may be PRPs. In addition, Craig Logging is subcontracting to KPC, another potential RP. Last staff assigned was Schlichting.
