Workplan Requested |
Cheryl Page sent enforcement letter, referencing the comments, suspense date of June 4, 2020 to correct deficiencies and submit a revised SARI Report.
Given there are Contaminates Of Concern above cleanup levels remaining in the stock piles, ADEC cannot issue a closure letter at this time. Additional characterization and cleanup will be necessary. Land spreading COULD be used as a possible cleanup technique. ADEC requested that the RP submit a Work Plan, in the May 5, 2020 letter sent to the RP, and indicate where, how thick, potential surface water impacts, and ADEC can determine if COCs are suitable to this technique if this is a route they would like to take. |
