8/15/2024 Site Characterization Workplan Approved DEC approved an initial site characterization and debris removal workplan for the drum cache area. This mobilization will consolidate contents of abandoned drums and sample the waste for disposal. The drums will be prepared for transport offsite, and surface soils will be sampled under and around the drum piles. A future mobilization will be required to transport the waste and debris offsite once waste characterization lab results are received. Nick Waldo
