Tamara Cardona-Marek
6/24/2008 Meeting or Teleconference Held Met with Wayne Walker at the current A & W Wholesale location. Identified the building that is currently occupied by the Elks Lodge (Warehouse #3 on Agra report). Floor drain was located in Warehouse #1. Warehouse #1 and #2 were removed before the sale of the property (~2000). All removal activities were coordinated with Mark Rockwell due to the presence of hazardous waste like asbestos. Floor drain was filled with cement and left in place , all associated piping was removed. Property was purchased from Sea Land in the early 1960's and all buildings were in place. Warehouse #1 had access doors for trailers and some maintenance operations might have taken place there during Sea Land ownership. Tamara Cardona-Marek
