Problems/Comments
Small quantity of waste rock and mine tailings present. Elevated levels of heavy metals present in soils and stream sediment. DEC concurred with selection of "No Action Alternative". USFS needs to place administrative site controls on the land.

To date, DEC has not been informed that this has occurred. According to the 2009 closure policy, DEC can close the site without this information however the USFS remains responsible for putting the designation on the GIS system.
