Visited site while in Nome. Asphalt barrels were emptied and asphalt was snet to the local asphalt plant for recycling. Approximately 25 barrels remain that will be disposed of. Area where barrels are located is bermed and contains numerous asphalt spills. Empty barrels are still on site and will be disposed of. Novagold will provide a report with the actions taken at this site. |
