Problems/Comments

Unregulated solid waste dump exists on-site along with petroleum- and metal-contaminated soil. A commercial/industrial soil cleanup level for lead was approved for this site. Future residential use of the property is prohibited and will be tracked by the USFS on its GIS database. A method 3 soil cleanup level for DRO was approved.
