Problems/Comments

Peeling lead-based paint has contaminated between 6 and 20 cubic yards of soil around the building. Building is scheduled to be demolished in 2005.

8/28/2008 Site Closure Approved Site closure approved this date. In July 2008, 15 soil samples were collected for lead near the former building location. Sample results ranged from non-detect to 127 mg/kg, well below the residential cleanup level of 400 mg/kg. Anne Marie Palmieri
