Problems/Comments

Residual petroleum contamination in earthen basement from an off-site source upgradient of Lincoln Street. Heating oil AST removed but this does not appear to be the primary source

Description Details
Maintenance / Inspection Of Engineering Controls Residual petroleum contamination remains in the earthen basement of the property, from off-site source. A vapor barrier was installed in the basement to mitigate hydrocarbon odors. The vapor barrier is to be visually inspected and maintained annually.
Advance approval required to transport soil or groundwater off-site. Standard condition.
Movement or use of contaminated material (including on site) in a manner that results in a violation of the water quality standards is prohibited (18 AAC 70) Standard condition.
Periodic Review Every three years.
