Problems/Comments
Contaminated soil was discovered while the Alaska Railroad was in the process of constructing a pile-supported structure at this site. An assessment of groundwater conditions was conducted at the site which included determining GW flow direction, a water well search, and an evaluation of potential contaminant concentrations.
