Problems/Comments
Limited Phase I and II Site Assessments found near surface soil contamination exceeding ADEC cleanup levels for DRO, RRO, arsenic and chromium. Groundwater contamination not above ADEC cleanup levels. Arsenic and chromium thought to be naturally occurring levels found in the area. Note: The remediation technology utilized is to crush the gravel into an appropriate size and incorporate it into hot asphalt mix for paving projects.
