Received a propossd plan to cap soils on the source area property, and implement LTM for the contaminated groundwater plume. ADEC replied that some form of vapor monitoring may be necessary if concentrations of TCE in groundwater begin to increase because of PCE transfromations. Further discussion will occur prior to approval and implementation of the plan. |
