Problems/Comments
1) Historical petroleum releases from aboveground storage tank, September 1996, Housing Unit #28 2)2002 discovery of contamination from unknown source need characterization, Building 5. Contamination excavated in 2002. DEC did not review the WP. Just received report in 2021. The report indicated more site characterization was needed to delineate the plume. It may be under the building. At that time, the source was still unknown. 3) January 1999 release from aboveground storage tank at office trailer acknowledged by ADEC PPR program. March 1999 report documents excavation of contaminated soil, removal of nearby septic tank, and soil confirmation samples. PPR issued "no further action" in September 1999.
