Problems/Comments
In 2001, a site reconnaisance and sampling effort identified petroleum contamination above ADEC cleanup levels in soil at the site. Limited soil sampling was conducted and documented diesel range organics (DRO) at 2,000 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg), gasoline range organics (GRO) at 1,400 mg/kg, benzene at .0231 mg/kg, ethylbenzene at .482 mg/kg, and xylenes at 236.5 mg/kg. The tanks, which used to contain gasoline and diesel, have been removed. Since 2001, additional characterization or cleanup activities have not been conducted.
