Problems/Comments
6/19/89 staff observed underground storage tank closure, diesel contamination discovered in both soil and groundwater surrounding excavation. Floor drains of building possible contributing source of contamination. Interim report received 10-30-89. In a letter dated 12/1/89 KDO requested information on floor drain discharge location, a site plan and groundwater assessment plan for the installation of a monitoring well. Last staff assigned were English, then Seagren.
