Problems/Comments

Leak from fuel oil tank and soil contamination found in 1988/1989 outside the north wall of the residence. Approximately 50 to 70 cubic yards of contaminated soil excavated in summer 1989. Soil contamination was left beneath the foundation footer, but soil samples collected in a boring drilled through the slab 12 feet inside the north wall of the residence indicated contamination did not extend far beneath the building. Passive vapor extraction system installed in the excavation in summer 1989. Cross reference file 102.02.050. Former staff assigned S. Sexton. Fairbanks contact is Reverend Bill Webb. (rpltr6)
