Highest Deficiency Severity

A deficiency is a defect, flaw, inadequacy, or shortcoming that may hinder the capability of a public water system to consistently and reliably deliver an adequate quantity and quality of drinking water to the consumer.
Highest Deficiency Severity indicates whether the highest deficiency identified during a site visit (including any associated from earlier site visits) was:
SIG Significant
MIN Minor
REC Recommendation Made (Note: A recommendation is not considered a deficiency)
NON None
