Upon entering the Water System No. (PWSID) or Water System Name in Drinking Water Watch, click on the Source Water Assessment Results link at the top of the page, under Water System Detail.

The results displayed are auto generated from the Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS) database and are intended to provide the final results of the Source Water Assessment. The Executive Summary and more detailed information is included in the full Source Water Assessment Report, which is available through the Alaska Resources Library and Information Service (ARLIS) library or by contacting the operator of the water system. Water system contact information is available from Drinking Water Watch.

Note: If you are a water system operator and do not have a copy of the report available, please contact the Drinking Water Program Compliance and Monitoring staff assigned to your water system and request a digital copy be sent to you.
