The Budget and Finance Section coordinates, plans, organizes, analyzes, and develops the Division´s operating, capital, supplemental and re-appropriation budgets and provides technical guidance and training to the program managers and administrative staff. Budget and Finance offers guidance to the program managers in areas including missions and measures in relation to the budget process. The section also manages processional services term contracts and issues notices-to-proceed to contractors to address oil and hazardous substance issues and to characterize and clean up contaminated sites.
