Green (Infrastructure) Project Reserve - Guidance & Project Posting
As applicable under the EPA annual capitalization grants provided to the Alaska Clean Water Fund (ACWF) and Alaska Drinking Water Fund (ADWF) loan programs, a portion of the appropriated funds shall be for projects classified as Green Project Reserve (GPR) that address green infrastructure, water or energy efficiency improvements, or other environmentally innovative activities. To meet GPR conditions under the federal grant for administering these funds, a Green Project Assessment Form is completed by the borrower for a project and then provided to the Department to document eligibility as either a "Categorical" or "Business Case" project type. Once eligibility review is completed by the Department, the documentation is then posted on the State's loan program web site.

In the following listing, qualifying GPR projects for each state fiscal year are listed for both the ACWF and ADWF loan fund programs. Each GPR listing provides a completed "Green Project Assessment Form" and supporting documentation as applicable.
