New General Operating Permits for Diesel Power Plants (GPA) and Major Source Asphalt Plants (GP3)
The Department is in the process of drafting new general permits for diesel power plants (GPA) and asphalt plants (GP3) with potential emissions above 100 tons per year of a criteria pollutant. The Department anticipates issuing these permits early in calendar year 2022. When the Department issues the new general permits it will be updated on our General Permits webpage.
