This service provides for a very limited number of mixing zones authorized under Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation wastewater discharge permits. The mixing zones are for various program sectors including publicly owned treatment works, seafood processing facilities and other industrial wastewater discharges.
The data is to be used for purposes of general reference only. This map was developed using the best available information and has undergone several iterations of quality control.
