18 AAC 32 Article 4: Proposed Repeal, Reindeer Slaughtering and Processing Regulations
The Public Comment period for this regulation is closed.
The Department of Environmental Conservation proposes to eliminate the Reindeer Slaughtering and Processing Regulations. Although promulgated in 1999, these regulations have never been used by animal owners due to alternative State and Federal options.
