Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan Public Scoping

The supplemental public comment period for this package has been closed. Comments received are currently under internal review.

DEC was seeking input on the oil discharge prevention and contingency plan regulations under 18 AAC 75 Article 4. The department also accepted comments on our statutory authorities relevant to contingency planning under AS 46.04. No specific regulation revisions were proposed, and there were no draft regulations to review.
