Noncrude Oil Tank Vessel and Barge Amendments
The Public Comment period for this regulation is closed.
Proposed changes to regulations in 18 AAC 75 dealing with application and contingency plan requirements for streamlined plans, including an option for small capacity noncrude oil tank vessels and barges to apply for one, have been filed and are effective November 7, 2020.
The streamlined plan contractor regulations will go in effect on November 7, 2020.
Streamlined plan applications for noncrude tank vessels and oil barges (less than 500 barrels storage capacity) may be submitted starting January 6, 2021.
A webinar regarding applying for a streamlined plan for noncrude tank vessels and oil barges will be presented on December 9, 2020 at 10:30 am.
