- All of the diesel fuel that was on board the vessel was released. The vessel owner reported a total of 700 gallons of diesel and several gallons of engine oil on board the vessel at the time of the sinking.

- The 42 gross ton wooden vessel hit a rock, split apart and sank in 45’ of water off Spike Island.
