- BPXA has estimated that 28,350 gallons of a produced water/crude oil mixture was released into a building (module) at Flow Station 2. Of the approximately 28,350 gallons released, BPXA estimates 1500 gallons escaped to the gravel pad and approximately 200-400 gallons of the produced water were released onto the adjacent tundra. The produced water released from the facility co-mingled with standing storm water on the gravel pad before being release onto the tundra.

- A check valve failed on a 6” produced water line during the restart phase of plant operations.
