- The vessel capsized in Stikine Strait in the vicinity of Wrangell, Alaska. The vessel was towed to Wrangell on July 4, 2007.

- U.S. Coast Guard was notified of incident after receiving an electronic position emergency radio beacon (EPIRB) signal at 5:40 P.M. on July 3, 2007. U.S. Coast Guard notified ADEC of the spill at 9:45 P.M. on July 3, 2007.

- A small localized oil sheen was reported in the vicinity of the stricken vessel at the time it capsized. USCG on-scene investigator reported to ADEC that a small quantity of oil was released during the salvage operation but no estimate of quantity was made.
- Cause
- The fifty-five foot steel hulled fishing vessel capsized during a squall. The three persons on board at the time were rescued without injury by a local search and rescue team.
