The Operator Training and Certification Section of the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation maintains an operator lending library. Materials from the lending library are available for checkout. Materials may be checked out for a maximum of 45 days. Return postage is the responsibility of the requestor. Requestors who fail to return materials by the deadline will not be allowed to check out resources from the lending library and may be invoiced for the resources.
