Permit Fees
Annual permit fees must be paid in full before operations begin for a new calendar year
Plan review fees must be paid when opening a new facility and after any major remodeling or renovation. A plan review will not be started until the fee has been paid.

- *A late fee will be applied to permit applications that are not received by the deadlines listed above.
- *Late fees are applied to tax-exempt organizations. The only time a late fee is not applied is in the case of school fundraisers.

- Food establishment is operated by an organization that holds 501(c)(4), 501(c)(10), or 501(c)(19) status

- Food establishment is opening late in the year

Fees for Public Facilities
The Department of Environmental Conservation does not collect fees from public facilities. This includes aquatic facilities and body art facilities.
