Permit Fees
Annual permit fees must be paid in full before operations begin for a new calendar year
Plan review fees must be paid when opening a new facility and after any major remodeling or renovation. A plan review will not be started until the fee has been paid.

Notes About Temporary Food Service Fees
- Temporary food service fees are not refundable.
- Permit fees for temporary food service are determined by the permit length.
- Applications that are not submitted by the appropriate deadline will owe an additional fee.
- Churches and 501(c)(3) groups are exempt from temporary food service permit fees, however, churches and 501(c)(3) groups may owe an additional fee if the application is not received by the deadline.
- Schools are exempt from permit fees and additional fees; this includes fundraisers, promotional events, or other gatherings that are open or advertised to the public and sponsored by the school, a school class, or a school club.
