- USCG estimated 20 gallons of Tretolite DMO8298U Demulsifier spilled due to a pin hole leak on the bottom of the drum.
- Cause
- Pin hole leak on bottom of recycled drum caused spill. None of the drums were on pallets and may have contributed to drums rubbing and shifting during transit.
