Cause: K-Sea Transportation reported that while departing KPL dock in Nikiski, the 48,000 bbl barge SCT 282 and its towing vessel the Pacific Challenger collided causing an approximately 4-6 inch x 3/16 inch crack two to three feet above the water line on tank Port #2
