Product/ Quantity: The F/V Rascal is reported to have contained approximately 450 gallons of diesel fuel and an unknown volume of lube and engine oil when it sank. Light rainbow sheen was reported around the vessel on Sunday, October 11, 2009.
Cause: The F/V Rascal sank southeast of St. Lazaria Island in Sitka Sound.
