ADEC ESP Cordwood Test Report

To provide some additional information in support of the Fairbanks North Star Borough (FNSB) study, the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) commissioned a small parallel study to measure the effect of Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs) on two EPA step 2 cordwood stoves: non-catalytic and catalytic. The goal of this limited testing program was to provide initial information on ESP performance on cordwood stoves to aid the FNSB in their study efforts and to provide some insight on whether a broader more robust testing program is warranted. Below are the combined ADEC test report document, which consists of signed letter, executive summary, and report, and the appendices:
