Cook Inlet Subarea Plan
This plan has been superseded, to view current plans visit the Oil And Hazardous Substance Response Plans webpage
State-approved Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plans (ODPCP) that reference the superseded Alaska Federal/State Preparedness Plan for Response to Oil and Hazardous Substance Discharges/Releases (Unified Plan) and 10 geographic subarea contingency plans must now be aligned with the Alaska Regional Contingency Plan and relevant Area Contingency Plans. Amendment applications for affected ODPCPs must be submitted by August 14, 2019 to ensure response readiness and facility compliance. Access to the Unified Plan and Subarea plans shall not be provided or recognized subsequent to this date. See the Instructions for State-regulated Facility Owners and Operators.
