Transboundary BWG to hold Public Presentation

Juneau, AK — Alaskan and British Columbian Members of the Transboundary Bilateral Working Group will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, May 19 to share information on progress under the memorandum of understanding, the results of the recently completed transboundary monitoring project, and information on the Tulsequah Chief Mine.
The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Alaska Time, and attendees will be able to submit questions during the meeting. Those wishing to attend may register online to receive a link to the meeting.
The topics covered during the meeting will include an overview of the Transboundary Memorandum of Understanding, the Transboundary Monitoring program report and Transboundary Monitoring data report, and the Tulsequah Closure and Reclamation Plan.
