Questionnaire Process
Project questionnaires, the first step in the SRF loan application process, may be submitted year-round through the ADEC Water Online Application System (OASys). The questionnaire requires a description of the project’s scope of work, estimated cost and anticipated schedule.
A step-by-step guide helps you to prepare and submit a questionnaire through OASys:
Four times during the year, the SRF Program reviews and scores submitted questionnaires and adds new projects to the Project Priority List. A project must appear on the Project Priority List in order to move forward with a loan application.
The questionnaire submission deadlines are:
February 28th, April 30th, July 31st, and October 31st
All project questionnaires are scored based on established criteria:
- Drinking Water Loan Questionnaire Priority Criteria
- Clean Water Point Source Loan Questionnaire Priority Criteria
- Clean Water Non-Point Source Loan Questionnaire Criteria
For Emerging Contaminant projects, additional criteria will be applicable:
