Project questionnaires, the first step in the SRF loan application process, may be submitted year-round through the ADEC Water Online Application System (OASys). The questionnaire requires a description of the project’s scope of work, estimated cost and anticipated schedule.

At three times during the year, the SRF Program reviews and scores submitted questionnaires and adds new projects to the Project Priority List. A project must appear on the Project Priority List in order to move forward with a loan application.

The questionnaire submission deadlines are:

February 28, June 30, and October 31
