• One hundred percent (100%) forgivable loans are available for projects that address emerging contaminants including perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). • Are you interested in finding out if your drinking water or wastewater utility projects are eligible for low financing? Many drinking water and wastewater utility projects are eligible! • Submitting a questionnaire (a pre-application) and adding a project to the Project Priority List are the first steps in financing a project through the State Revolving Fund Program.
