Fairbanks PM2.5 2019 Regulations Comments
The comments below were received during the public comment period for the Department of Environmental Conservation’s (DEC) 2019 proposed regulations and State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Fairbanks North Star Borough Serious Nonattainment Area for Fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5). The public comment period ended on July 26, 2019.
