Financial assistance for homeowners that experienced a financial hardship due to COVID-19. Homeowners must own their home and income qualify for the program. For the Chugach Census Area, Copper River Basin, Kenai Peninsula Borough, Kodiak Island Borough, Matanuska Susitna Borough, Southeast (except Juneau), the Taylor Highway System, and Tok area.
