Fairbanks PM2.5 2020 Regulations Comments
The comments below were received during the public comment period for the Department of Environmental Conservation’s (DEC) 2020 Amendment to 18 AAC 50.030 and the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Fairbanks North Star Borough Serious Nonattainment Area for Fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5). The public comment period ends on October 29, 2020. DEC staff will review the comments and develop a Response to Comments (RTC) document to address the comments after the comment period closes.
