Report a Suspected Violation
Use this page to report suspected violations of State of Alaska statutes and regulations which may threaten human health and/or the environment (i.e. Water quality, air quality, hazardous substances releases, safe drinking water, food, and sanitary practices). Information you submit will be forwarded to ADEC inspection and enforcement personnel.
What Not to Report
Some issues are primarily concerns of other federal, tribal, state or local agencies. Examples of different situations and who to call.
Emergencies
If you are seeing an environmental event that may lead to immediate threat to human health or the environment, you should report it immediately. For additional information see the Report a Spill page.
