Video Courses
The Operator Training and Certification Program administers the California State University's Small Water Systems Video Information Series and Water Systems Operation and Maintenance Video Training Series courses. Participants can earn valuable core CEUs* that will count toward renewal of their operator certifications.
* CEUs are issued by the State of Alaska, not California State University. CEUs issued by the State of Alaska may not transfer to other state programs.

Course Process
- Purchase a workbook and borrow DVD
- Watch the video
- Read the appropriate chapter in the book
- Answer the test questions for the chapter
- Mail the DVD and the answer sheets back to the Operator Training and Certification Program
- Retain the workbook for future courses
- You must score 70% or greater on the test to receive CEUs for the courses
