Statewide Written Exam Dates and Registration Deadlines
These registration deadlines and exam dates apply only to communities where online testing centers are available. The form and fees must be received in our office by the deadline. Any late registrations will be returned and fees refunded.

Registration Forms:
- Exam Registration Form for WT, WWT, WD, and WWC exams
- Small Untreated/Treated Water Systems Exam Registration Form
- The $150 per exam fee must be submitted along with the exam registration form.
Note: Passing an exam does not result in certification with the exception of Small Untreated Water System, Small Treated Water System, and Wastewater Stabilization Pond (Lagoon). You must submit the "Application for Operator Certification" along with the $100 application fee to request certification. Applying for Certification
