Draft Risk Assessment, "DMTS Fugitive Dust Risk Assessment"

Submitted to ADEC for review approval. Public comment on this risk assessment is being accepted. In response to requests for more review time, DEC has extended the public comment period an additional 45 days, making the review period April 12, 2005 through 5 p.m., July 11, 2005. Copies of the risk assessment report are available for review at the DEC Anchorage office. Please contact Robert Weimer at 907-269-7525 or robert.weimer@alaska.gov, at DEC to schedule a time to review the document. In Kivalina and Noatak, please contact your village IRA council to view a copy of the document. Please also contact Mr. Sundet if you have problems with accessing or reviewing the draft report files below.
